The making of an “epic media project”

Posted on April 1, 2010 by Administrator in Work - No Comments

Ever wonder how media projects are made, why we shoot in certain formats and why? Or, how about just what exactly goes on behind the scenes? We worked with Art Adams, DP, to create an “epic” video for Rambus’ 20 year anniversary, and he’s written an excellent article about our creative process.

In Adams’ article published in Pro Video Coalition, Adams describes the making of the Rambus 20 year commemorative video as “the making of an epic media project.” It’s a fascinating account of the myriad decisions and actions that make up an “epic” video, and Adams’ descriptions lead you through the making of the entire piece, complete with behind-the-scenes footage.
